All Bell Curves instructors have completed more than 30 hours of our teacher development and training
program. Our teachers are evaluated not only on their test performance, but also on their skill in the
classroom. A teacher must demonstrate intelligence, a sense of humor, empathy, professionalism, and
dedication in order to work for Bell Curves.

Ajani has been with the company since 2005, serving as a teacher, tutor, and curriculum developer. Before joining Bell Curves Ajani spent another five years immersed in the world of test prep with a number of different companies. In the past decade Ajani has taught, trained teachers, or developed prep materials for the GMAT, LSAT, GRE, SAT, and SAT Subject Tests, among others. He has also taught English Language and Composition at the undergraduate level for more than three years, and feels as comfortable in the classroom as he does on the soccer field. In his free time, Ajani fancies himself a writer. He and a writing partner recently completed a screenplay for which they are seeking representation, and he has begun work on a novel he hopes to finish by early 2011. Regardless of what his future holds, Ajani can't really imagine a world in which he wouldn't be engaged in teaching.
