Experience

Arcelie joined Bell Curves after working four years as a project manager and program coordinator for Management Leadership for Tomorrow in NYC, an organization committed to increased diversity in the next generation of business leaders. Arcelie was a lead teacher for the Bell Curves Saturday Academy program that teaches math and language arts skills to 3rd-5th graders in the Spring Creek Towers community in Brooklyn, NY. Arcelie also has worked with the NYC Mentoring Program, where she guided high school age youth through the college application process. Arcelie is also currently involved in the production of a year-zine for Banneker High School in Brooklyn, NY, a program which combines her passion for photography and education.
